1. General Use

2. Products & Orders

  • Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to present product details accurately, but slight variations may occur.

  • Paw Oasis reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order we suspect to be unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout.

  • Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. They cannot be retroactively applied.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Once your order is shipped, risk of loss passes to the buyer. Paw Oasis is not responsible for carrier delays, customs issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty

  • Paw Oasis products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paw Oasis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product use or misuse.
